Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested products. If your order is incorrect or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.


Missing or Incorrect Orders
If your order is incorrect or an item is missing, please email us at hello@juicyhalo.com with: 

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund (if applicable)

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted after the stated timeframe.

 

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

 

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2-4 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout, shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or any other carrier issues. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
